feat(tui): migrate TUI to charm.land/bubbletea/v2 and lipgloss/v2

- Replace github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea with charm.land/bubbletea/v2
- Replace github.com/charmbracelet/lipgloss with charm.land/lipgloss/v2
- Remove github.com/charmbracelet/bubbles (no v2 equivalent); replace viewport with manual scroll offsets
- Update tea.KeyMsg → tea.KeyPressMsg, View() string → View() tea.View
- Set AltScreen via tea.View.AltScreen field instead of WithAltScreen() option
- Align with upstream charm.land/fang/v2 already in go.mod
