readme: Fix Hp30 and Hp60 doctest file locations

Uses the included test files for illustrating the use of `gfz_daily()`
for Hp30. The "default" files are not available on a fresh git checkout,
only after downloading them from the GFZ website. We try to avoid that
to keep the stress on the GFZ server minimal, in particular when running
the tests on github.
