feat: add IP allowlist support to pprof (#46)

* feat: add IP allowlist support to pprof

Add AllowedIPs config to restrict pprof access by source IP.
Defaults to localhost-only (127.0.0.1/8, ::1/128) for security.
Supports CIDR notation and IPv6. IP check runs before auth.
