Refactor test/sxproto/content/nest.c add_node functions to follow insert first pattern

Modified all `add_node_*` functions in `test/sxproto/content/nest.c` to conform to the pattern established in other `.c` files in the directory. Each function now calls `direct_insert_first_FildeshSxpb` exactly once, as its first line of code, assigning the result to the iterator `it`. Nested blocks inside `add_node_400` that violated this rule were refactored into new helper functions `add_node_410`, `add_node_420`, and `add_node_430`. The local variables `it2` and `it3` were removed in favor of consistently reassigning `it` via `direct_insert_next_FildeshSxpb`.
