Add manually constructed nest test structure

Adds `test/sxproto/content/nest.c` which builds a `FildeshSxpb` representation of the nest described in `nest.sxpb`. Also integrates this into the `print_content_test` target to ensure our recursive printing logic operates correctly on heavily-nested, anonymous, and unquoted fields as specified in sxpb nest syntax.
