* fix: clean up failed group on task restart

When set_task_status changes a task from failed/cancelled to
pending/in_progress, the old group state remained failed, preventing
the runtime from picking up the task.

This fix:
- Adds deleteGroup method to SessionGroupRepository
- Cleans up old failed/cancelled groups when restarting tasks
- Adds tests for restart group cleanup behavior

* fix: reset and reuse group on task restart

When set_task_status changes a task from failed/cancelled to
pending/in_progress, the old group state remained failed, preventing
the runtime from picking up the task.

This fix:
- Adds resetGroupForRestart method to SessionGroupRepository
- Resets failed/completed groups to awaiting_worker state
- Clears completedAt and resets metadata to defaults
- Preserves workerRole and workspacePath
