* fix(runtime): respect room's leader model selection

Use room.config.agentModels.leader when present, falling back to
room.defaultModel, then global default. Previously the room's model
settings were ignored and the global daemon default was always used.

* test(runtime): add unit tests for leader model resolution

Test the model priority chain:
- room.config.agentModels.leader > room.defaultModel > global default

Also test edge cases like undefined values.
