fix(web): unify mobile hamburger navigation into single drawer (#190)

Merge NavRail and ContextPanel into a single unified mobile drawer to fix
10 bugs: dual hamburger buttons, overlapping headers, inconsistent
behavior/styling, missing aria-labels, and dead code.

- Add MobileMenuButton component for consistent hamburger across all pages
- Add mobile nav strip to ContextPanel (horizontal icons, md:hidden)
- Make NavRail desktop-only (hidden md:flex)
- Remove navRailOpenSignal and fixed App.tsx hamburger
- Add hamburger to Room, Settings headers (previously missing)
- Remove pl-16 padding hacks from Lobby and SessionsPage
- Delete dead RecentSessions component and tests
- Extract DaemonStatusIndicator and nav-config for shared use
