fix: remove batch config from test-reunification Machine API contexts

Test-reunification should consolidate existing tests as-is, not change
what they test. The base branch (batch-system) had Machine API tests
without batch enabled. This PR incorrectly added batch config to all
Machine API contexts. Batch test config should be added in a separate
PR on top, not baked into the reunification.
