### 📣 Summary
This PR upgrades the secondary LLM used for automatic qualitative
analysis from the deprecated Claude 3.5 Sonnet to the latest Claude 4.5
Sonnet. This change utilizes the AWS Cross-Region Inference profile to
ensure high availability and bypasses "Legacy Model" access
restrictions.
