fix: always clean disk_s3 from minio in Cleanup() to prevent test pollution

TestKeepBackupRemoteAndDiffFromRemote was failing because TestEmbeddedAzure
(and other tests calling runMainIntegrationScenario) write ClickHouse s3_only
policy table data to /minio/data/clickhouse/disk_s3/ but were not in the
conditional cleanup list. Replace the 4-test hardcoded condition with an
unconditional DockerExec (error ignored for setups without minio).
