fix: GCS upload performance regression by letting SDK manage transport

When force_http=false and debug=false (the common case), pass options
directly to storage.NewClient() instead of manually creating an HTTP
client via googleHTTPTransport.NewClient(). This allows the GCS SDK to
use its own optimized transport (gRPC or tuned HTTP/2), restoring
throughput from ~114 MiB/s back to ~244 MiB/s on 920 GiB backups.

Also updates GCS dependencies to latest versions:
- cloud.google.com/go/storage v1.59.1 -> v1.60.0
- google.golang.org/api v0.260.0 -> v0.269.0
