Add unit tests for MCPRegistryReconciler (#3968)

* Add unit tests for MCPRegistryReconciler

Cover the main reconcile paths: resource not found, finalizer
addition, deletion handling, invalid/valid PodTemplateSpec,
and API reconcile outcomes (error, not ready, ready) including
status phase transitions and condition updates.

* Fix unparam lint issue in mcpregistry controller test

Add nolint directive to suppress unparam for newMCPRegistryWithFinalizer
helper — parameters are intentionally kept for readability even though
all call sites currently use the same values.
