ci(e2e): split RPM suite into per-distro jobs

The RPM e2e suite runs 10 sequential environments (Rocky 9, AL2023,
Fedora 42) with full GPU provisioning. Running them all in a single
job exceeds the 60-minute Ginkgo timeout due to AWS instance lifecycle
overhead and DKMS kernel module compilation on AL2023.

Split into 3 parallel CI jobs by distro: rpm-rocky (4 tests),
rpm-al2023 (4 tests), rpm-fedora (2 tests). Each job stays well
under 60 minutes. The 'rpm' label is preserved for local runs.
