More work around the `StaSyncContext.Completion` task

Trying to resolve an issue when crashing context properly signals that it crashed and pulls the app gracefully down, without deadlocking, or making a spiders-web of `CancellationTokenSources` being spread all around the app.
Using a `SignalContextEnded` as a better implementation of `.ContinueWith` essentially, as a test.
A better implementation probably should be provided so that it isn't this hard to get the signal to stop the app. Maybe an event, or something?
