A proper unit test implementation for Sta SyncContext

`StaSingleThreadedSynchronizationContext` now exposes a `Task Completion { get; }` property, that can be observed to know when the context finishes work, and if the finish was a result of an exception.
A unit test was prepared that now properly asserts the exception handling within the `Post()` method, by using a `void async` method throwing an exception, that otherwise would not be possible to catch, and which would abort the process instead.
