feat(ingr): include column types in INGR header

Each column in the INGR header is now annotated with its type, e.g.:
  $ID:string, area_km2:number, currency:string, titles:map[locale]string

Changes:
- Add ColumnTypes field to ExportOptions and WithColumnTypes() constructor
- Update formatINGR to append ':type' when ColumnTypes is populated
- Pass WithColumnTypes(col) from buildDefaultView so all materialized
  views include type annotations
