fix(validate): use collection DirPath for record counting

countRecords was constructing paths as dbPath+collectionKey, but
collections can have custom paths (e.g. demo-dbs/test-db/countries).
Use colDef.DirPath directly so counts are correct regardless of
where the collection data lives.
