Document typestate Clone and ownership invariants

The typestate pattern enforces state-machine ordering by consuming
self, but all 28 typestate structs derive Clone for v2 persistence.
Add module-level doc comments to the five typestate modules
explaining that Clone exists for serialization only and must not be
used to circumvent state transitions.  Add a Typestate Conventions
section to AGENTS.md so contributors know when to derive Clone on
new typestate structs.
