Fix config ungroup treating group name as a project path

The ungroup command was not accepting a group name argument, unlike
the group command. When invoked as `ungroup iroh .`, the name "iroh"
was resolved as a relative path and matched an unrelated project,
removing its group assignment. Now ungroup requires a group name as
its first argument, matching the group command's interface.
