* Add comprehensive tests for services and UI components

- Implement tests for SearchRunner to handle connection issues and exceptions.
- Enhance test coverage for SettingsService, including various settings and error handling.
- Introduce tests for TaskRunner and ThreadedTaskRunner to validate task execution and cancellation.
- Create tests for UpdateService to ensure version comparison and update retrieval functionality.
- Add tests for backup and restore threads to verify signal emissions and error handling.
- Implement tests for connection manager threads to validate collection management.
- Extend UI tests for SettingsDialog to cover accent settings and cache management.

* fix: address PR 24 review comments — remove stale line-number refs and fix race condition

- Remove source-file line number references from docstrings and section
  headers in: test_backup_restore_service.py, test_settings_service.py,
  test_model_cache.py, test_embedding_utils.py, test_settings_dialog.py,
  test_template_connection.py, test_collection_service_edgecases.py,
  test_import_export_service.py, and test_search_runner.py (preemptive)
- Fix race condition in test_task_runner.py: add a polling wait after
  run_task() before asserting is_running() to avoid flaky failures in CI
- Remove trailing blank line after '---' in docs/RELEASE_REASON.md
