* test: add comprehensive tests for CacheManager and ConnectionManager methods

* Add unit tests for VisualizationView and related threading classes

- Implement tests for VisualizationThread to verify successful execution and error handling.

- Create tests for VisualizationDataLoadThread to check data loading functionality and error scenarios.

- Ensure proper handling of warnings and errors in the UI.

* refactor(tests): simplify test docstrings by removing line references

* docs: update testing guidelines to remove line numbers from comments and docstrings

* docs: add error handling conventions and guidelines for ThreadedTaskRunner usage

* Add coding, testing, and workflow instructions

- Introduced coding conventions for the `src/` directory, detailing Ruff linting rules, error handling, UI design patterns, cache management, and centralized state management.
- Added testing guidelines for the `tests/` directory, including running tests with PDM, organization structure, and required tests for new functionality.
- Created developer workflows and release notes instructions, covering installation, build and release processes, dependency management, and formatting for release notes.
