 Deal with violations of new cops

### Fixed (safe to change):

- Style/MapJoin, Style/ReduceToHash, Style/RedundantParentheses, Style/PartitionInsteadOfDoubleSelect, Style/RedundantStructKeywordInit, Style/SelectByKind — autocorrected (23 fixes)
- Layout/BlockAlignment, Layout/IndentationWidth — autocorrected (6 fixes, introduced by earlier corrections)
- Style/FileOpen in 8 files — converted to File.foreach, File.readlines, FileUtils.touch, or block form
- One Style/MapJoin false-safe autocorrect reverted (NodeSet has no #join)

### Disabled inline (unsafe to change):

- Style/FileOpen in 2 files — handle stored in attribute / passed to external method
- Style/OneClassPerFile in 36 locations — splitting files would be a major structural refactor
