Add NewTransparentCanvas helper for creating transparent RGBA images (#306) (#502)

Users needed to chain Black() -> ToColorSpace(sRGB) -> AddAlpha() ->
Linear() to create a transparent canvas, which was non-obvious. The new
NewTransparentCanvas(width, height) function wraps this into a single
call using BandJoinConst to append a zero alpha band.
