Fix JXL type detection for ISOBMFF containers with varying box sizes (#457) (#499)

The ISOBMFF container format for JXL files has a variable-length box
size in bytes 0-3, but the type code "JXL " at bytes 4-7 is constant.
The previous check required an exact 12-byte prefix match which failed
for containers with non-standard box sizes. Now checks the "JXL " type
code at bytes 4-7 independently of the box size.
