docs: docs-site workflow and content (#527)

* fix(docs-site): rewrite .md links to clean URLs during sync

The sync script rewrote image paths but not markdown links, causing
broken links on the Starlight site (e.g., /number-systems/integer.md
instead of /universal/number-systems/integer/). Adds rewriteLinks()
that resolves relative .md targets against the FILE_MAP and rewrites
them to absolute clean URLs, including underscore-to-hyphen renames.

The tutorials/, design/, build/, and contributing/ directories are
generated by sync-content.mjs but were not listed in .gitignore,
causing them to show as untracked files.

- Add frontmatter to hand-written a-real-with-uncertainty.md (Starlight
  requires title in YAML frontmatter)
- Remove stale end-of-error.md (source file deleted, replaced by

- Refine .gitignore to use glob+negation pattern for directories that
  contain both hand-written and synced files (tutorials/, design/,
  build/, contributing/) so index.md landing pages stay committed
- Clean up multi-component-arithmetic.md source prose
- Update tutorials/index.md to link to a-real-with-uncertainty
