ci: split slow online test modules into parallel shards (#168)

* ci: split slow online test modules into parallel shards

rpc (3m35s, 17 files) → 3 shards, room (3m17s, 5 files) → 2 shards,
features (2m22s, 3 files) → 2 shards. Drops CI bottleneck from ~3.5min
to ~1.5min.

Adds validation script (scripts/validate-online-test-matrix.sh) run in
the check job to catch new test files not listed in any shard.

* fix(test): add 15s timeout to beforeAll hooks calling createDaemonServer

First daemon startup on a cold CI runner can exceed bun's default 5s
hook timeout. Also use optional chaining in afterAll to prevent
cascading TypeError when beforeAll fails.
