* refactor: update emote and wearable entity handling in explorer handlers

- Refactored explorer-emotes-handler to utilize buildTrimmedEmoteEntity for constructing trimmed emote responses.
- Updated explorer-handler to use buildTrimmedWearableEntity for building trimmed wearable responses.
- Enhanced utils.ts with new ExplorerItemEntity and related types for better abstraction of item representations.
- Added buildTrimmedEmoteEntity function to streamline emote entity construction.
- Updated unit tests to cover new entity building functions and ensure correct mapping of properties.

* refactor: update emote entity handling in buildTrimmedEmoteEntity

- Modified buildTrimmedEmoteEntity to map the thumbnail from the content hash instead of directly from metadata.
- Updated the structure of the metadata to use emoteDataADR74 for category and representations.
- Adjusted unit tests to reflect changes in thumbnail mapping and metadata structure for emotes.
