Update documentation links, add coverage reporting, and configure CI for Coveralls

- Updated links in div.html and sub.html to point to the correct line in index.ts.
- Enhanced index.html by adding a coverage badge from Coveralls.
- Added coverage script to package.json for Vitest.
- Included @vitest/coverage-v8 in package-lock.json and package.json for coverage reporting.
- Created a new GitHub Actions workflow for Coveralls to generate coverage reports on push and pull requests.
