fix(formbuilder): update audit support url DEV-1755 (#6748)

Updated support article link for the "Audit settings" section in the
Formbuilder.

### 👀 Preview steps
1. ℹ️ have an account and a project
2. Go to Test Project > Formbuilder
3. Under Layout & Settings > Metadata > check audit checkbox
4. Click the "i" icon
5. Takes user to new link
