Reorganize navigation: replace Sleep with Planner in bottom nav (#608)

Move Sleep tracking from bottom navigation to the Diary sub-section
and add a new Planner navigation hub as a top-level bottom nav item.
The Planner screen provides navigation cards to Week Planner, Activity
Groups, and Activities management.

Android changes:
- Add Screen.Planner route and PlannerNavigationScreen
- Replace Sleep with Planner in bottom nav (MainActivity)
- Move Sleep into DiaryNavigationScreen cards
- Add dayPlannerVisible module visibility setting
- Update strings.xml with planner-related strings

Website changes:
- Add dayPlannerVisible to ModuleVisibility interface
- Add /planner route with navigation cards
- Add planner nav link in layout (controlled by dayPlannerVisible)
- Nest sleep link under diary visibility
- Add i18n translations (en/de/es/fr) for planner section
- Add planner toggle in settings page

Test updates:
- Update all navigation/screen count assertions (23→24)
- Update bottom nav item tests (Sleep→Planner)
- Update diary card tests (6→7 cards, Sleep added)
- Add Planner route tests across test suites
