[#166] chore(deps): update dependencies and bump version to 4.1.22

Update react-native from 0.79.2 to 0.79.6, expo SDK from 53.0.9 to ~53.0.27,
and multiple expo packages. Update @react-native-community/datetimepicker
to 8.4.1. Change android/ios scripts to use expo run commands for native
module support. Add android/ to .gitignore.
