Wait for Home tab after dismissing welcome dialog in Maestro test 22 (#558)

The emotion entry CRUD test was failing because it tapped "Emotions"
immediately after dismissing the welcome dialog without waiting for
the dialog dismissal animation to complete. This caused the
addEmotionPairButton assertion to fail as the UI hadn't settled.
