Add waitForAnimationToEnd before stats button tap in Maestro tests 03 and 10 (#557)

The statsTitle assertion was failing because the ViewPager animation from
the initial page load had not fully settled before the statsButton tap,
causing the subsequent page transition to the StatsFragment to not
complete properly. This matches the pattern already used in test 13.
