Add extendedWaitUntil after all navigation taps in Maestro tests (#544)

Replace assertVisible with extendedWaitUntil (5s timeout) after every
navigation tap that previously relied on an immediate assertion. This
covers bottom nav tab switches, toolbar button navigations, diary card
sub-page navigations, and back/activity-return actions across all 19
affected test files. Prevents flaky failures where the target page has
not fully rendered before the assertion runs.
