Fix stripassets to match stylesheet rel token case-insensitively (#711)

The rel attribute is a space-separated, case-insensitive keyword list per
the HTML spec. The old exact-match check missed alternate stylesheets
(rel="alternate stylesheet"), uppercase variants (rel="STYLESHEET"), and
other valid orderings. Parse rel as lowercased tokens and remove any link
that contains the "stylesheet" token.
