fix(test): mock InstallerL10nProvider to avoid suspense issues

- Created a manual mock for InstallerL10nProvider that provides a
  synchronous context, avoiding the suspense and dynamic imports used in
  the real implementation.
- Configured Jest to use this mock globally in setupTests.ts.
- Unmocked the provider in its own test file (installerL10n.test.tsx).
- Updated InstallerL10nOptions.test.tsx and LuksActivationQuestion.test.tsx
  to use a local mock provider instead of requiring the actual (suspending) one.
- Updated LicenseDialog.test.tsx to handle the initial suspense state
  using await findByRole, as it relies on the real provider to load translations.
