Fix bottom nav smooth-scroll misdirecting to wrong pages (#524)

After #520 reordered pages (bottom nav 0-4, programmatic 5+) and #521
enabled lazy loading, smooth-scrolling back from a programmatic-only
page via bottom navigation could trigger intermediate-page guards that
redirect to the wrong destination. The bottom nav listeners did not set
programmaticNavigationTarget, so intermediate pages saw both
isProgrammatic and isIntermediate as false and applied their default
redirects (e.g., to HOME instead of DIARY).

Set programmaticNavigationTarget in both setOnItemSelectedListener and
setOnItemReselectedListener before calling setCurrentItem, matching the
pattern already used by toolbar and fragment navigation methods.
