Fix export PDF button visibility by using NestedScrollView in stats fragment (#523)

Replace ScrollView with NestedScrollView in fragment_stats.xml to fix
nested scrolling within ViewPager2. After ec951ff removed the explicit
offscreenPageLimit, the default lazy-loading means fragments are created
on demand, and a regular ScrollView does not properly coordinate nested
scrolling with ViewPager2's internal RecyclerView. This caused Maestro's
scrollUntilVisible to fail finding the exportPdfButton. NestedScrollView
handles this correctly, consistent with other ViewPager2 fragments
(sleep tracking, emergency plan, medication list/log).
