web: dirty WIP experiment with DASD UI

Experimental rethink of the DASD page based on a config-centric model:
only devices added to the Agama config would be shown, with the ability
to add more from those available in the system but not yet configured,
according to the principle that the Agama web interface should be just
an enriched graphical representation of the Agama config.

However, the approach was discarded after realizing that the DASD config
is not actually required for devices to be usable. Once a device is
active, udev rules are generated and will be copied to the target system
during installation, making devices available regardless of their
presence in the config. A config-based UI would therefore add complexity
without user benefit, making the feature harder to explain and reason
about.

The decision was to revert to a simpler model: a single table of
system-available devices from which users can perform actions directly.

This commit is kept for the record in case any of the patterns or
components explored here prove useful elsewhere in Agama.
