bsc#1258450: import the list of trusted SSL certificates (#3191)


## Problem

- The list of trusted SSL certificates is not imported (see
[bsc#1258450](https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1258450)).
- The UI crashes when no registration code was used.

## Solution

 - The security section is properly imported.
 - The UI handles the case where the registration code was not used.


## Testing

- Added a new unit test
- Tested manually
