Refactor JaCoCo coverage data retrieval to use public RT API (#477)

* Fix JaCoCo coverage: use RT.getAgent() instead of Offline.getExecutionData

The Offline class has never had a getExecutionData(boolean) method — it
only exposes getProbes(long, String, int). The correct API for retrieving
serialized execution data is IAgent.getExecutionData(boolean), obtained
via RT.getAgent().

Primary approach uses the public (non-shaded) RT and IAgent classes.
Falls back to locating the shaded Agent class via the Offline class's
package name if the public API is unavailable.
