Use custom view for first-start dialog to fix Maestro text detection (#465)

Replace setTitle() + setMessage() with a custom ScrollView containing
regular TextViews for the title and message. MaterialAlertDialogBuilder's
setTitle() renders the title in an internal dialog-chrome TextView that
Maestro's UI Automator traversal cannot reliably match by text content,
causing all 13 Maestro tests to fail at the "Welcome to Habit Evaluator"
visibility assertion.

By placing the title in a standard TextView via setView(), the text
is directly accessible in the view hierarchy for Maestro's text matching.
