feat(qual): add verification to schemas DEV-1748 (#6724)

### 📣 Summary
Update API documentation for advanced features to include verification
for QA answers.


### 💭 Notes
Also includes a fix for a previous PR that was setting up the automatic
QA data schemas incorrectly.
