Fix JaCoCo instrumentation failure on EditHabitAdapter anonymous inner classes (#453)

Replace anonymous inner classes in EditHabitAdapter with named static inner
classes to avoid bytecode patterns that JaCoCo cannot instrument. This resolves
the jacocoOreoDebug task failure on EditHabitAdapter$1.class.
