fix: use os.Getwd() in toRelPath for correct relative path resolution

filepath.Rel(".", absolutePath) does not resolve "." to an absolute path,
so it fails to compute relative paths from absolute inputs. Use os.Getwd()
to get the actual cwd before calling filepath.Rel.
