Fix Maestro scrollUntilVisible params for exportPdfButton in toolbar and navigation tests (#429)

The exportPdfButton is at the bottom of the stats page ScrollView which
contains multiple 200dp chart cards. The default scroll parameters
(speed 40, timeout 5000ms, visibilityPercentage 100) are insufficient
to reach it. Use speed 60, timeout 10000ms, and visibilityPercentage 50
to match the proven parameters from 10_stats_page.yaml.
