Fix Maestro tests: scroll to exportPdfButton before asserting visibility (#424)

The exportPdfButton is at the bottom of a ScrollView with multiple chart
cards above it, so it's off-screen on initial load. Tests 03 and 13 were
asserting visibility without scrolling first, while test 10 already had
the correct scrollUntilVisible pattern.
