* feat: enhance sorting functionality and integrate with marketplace API

- Introduced `createSortingFromFilters` to generate sorting functions based on filter parameters.
- Updated `fetchEmotes` and `fetchWearables` to utilize the new sorting function.
- Refactored existing sorting logic into a dedicated `selectSortingFunction` for better maintainability.
- Added comprehensive unit tests for the new sorting functionality.

* refactor: remove createSortingFromFilters and update fetch functions

- Removed the `createSortingFromFilters` function from the sorting module.
- Updated `fetchEmotes` and `fetchWearables` to directly handle sorting via marketplace API parameters instead of using the removed sorting function.
- Adjusted related unit tests to reflect the removal of the sorting function.
