refactor: remove createSortingFromFilters and update fetch functions

- Removed the `createSortingFromFilters` function from the sorting module.
- Updated `fetchEmotes` and `fetchWearables` to directly handle sorting via marketplace API parameters instead of using the removed sorting function.
- Adjusted related unit tests to reflect the removal of the sorting function.
